   You order.

   Check out with your card. Your card is held, not charged, while we confirm the stone with our supplier.

2. 02

   We confirm the stone.

   Once the supplier confirms it, your card is charged and the diamond ships to our Montreal office.

3. 03

   Our gemologist checks it.

   We check the diamond against its certificate and its laser inscription before it goes any further.

4. 04

   It ships to you, insured.

   We ship it insured and email you the tracking number.

5. 05

   You sign for it.

   An adult must sign for the parcel. Delivery is within 10 business days of confirmation.

02 · Cost

What you pay for shipping: nothing

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Your diamond ships to you from Montreal, and any import duties are already paid by us and included in the price. There’s nothing to pay at the door.

03 · Where we ship

Where we ship

• We ship anywhere in Canada. We don’t ship outside Canada.
• An adult must sign for the parcel, so we can’t ship to a post office box.
• Ship to a home or an office, wherever someone can sign. Planning a surprise? Choose an address where your partner won’t open the parcel.

04 · If something goes wrong

If something goes wrong

• If a diamond doesn’t pass our check in Montreal, we don’t send it. We tell you, and you choose: a full refund, or a similar stone our gemologist suggests.
• If the parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away. Every parcel is insured, and we’ll make it right.
• Lab-grown diamonds marked “Returnable – 5 days” can be returned for free within 5 days of delivery. See our returns and final sale policy.
